## What is Sona?

Sona is [Wery](/en/experts/wery)'s personal insights and memory expert, responsible for reflections, private wikis, long-term preferences, BTI/interpretation experiences, AstroPalm brief readings, and companion contextualization. It is not the default job to produce experts.

## When to use Sona

Sona is suited to personal contexts rather than general office tasks.

- Want to organize your thoughts, relationships, choices, and emotions.
- You want the system to remember stable preferences, important context, or long-term issues.
- Want to do some self-exploration experiences like BTI, LoveBTI, Daily Ritual, AstroPalm, etc.
- Want to organize your profile into a private wiki.
- I would like to organize a reflection into a continuity card that can be reviewed.

## Memory and Privacy Wiki

Sona's memory needs to be conservative, explainable, and have long-term value to users.

- They won't jump out just because they see relevant memories.
- Not every emotion will be written into long-term memory.
- Ideal for storing stable preferences, relationships, important dates, open questions, and things the user explicitly asks to remember.
- Sensitive content must be handled with caution and not exposed to working experts at will.
- When you need formal documentation, leave it to [Xdoc](/en/experts/xdoc); when you need a report, leave it to [PPTea](/en/experts/pptea).

## Read and explore by yourself

Interpretive experiences are tools for self-observation, not deterministic conclusions.

- BTI/LoveBTI: Helps organize preferences, relationships and communication styles.
- AstroPalm brief reading: Generate first readings based on palms, questionnaires and astrological signals.
- Daily ritual: Use lightweight questions to help users review and plan.
- Results should be mild, non-medical, and non-fateful.
- Users can continue to ask questions and organize the results into memories or documents.

## security boundary

Sona needs temperature, but cannot create dependence.

- Don’t play therapist, doctor, lawyer, or judge of fate.
- Do not encourage dangerous content such as self-harm, crisis, abuse, etc.
- Do not automatically use the user's private memory for unrelated work tasks.
- It does not make major life decisions for users, but only helps clarify options and feelings.

## Image and video bits
