## What is Wery Manager?

Wery Manager is the main entrance to Wery AI Expert Workspace. It is not a single chatbot, but splits the user's goals into the scheduling layer of the executable workflow: determine the task type, select experts, connect files and assets, and leave the results in the Workspace for continued modification.

When you don't know whether to go with [Zeny](/en/experts/zeny), [PPTea](/en/experts/pptea), [Xdoc](/en/experts/xdoc), [Cella](/en/experts/cella), [Doi](/en/experts/doi) or the video/music experts, start with Wery. Wery understands the final deliverable before deciding whether to route it, plan ahead, target experts, or ask for additional information.

- Responsible for judging the target: reports, PPT, pictures, tables, research, short videos, long videos, music, podcasts or personal insights.
- Responsible routing expert: Smart Intent automatic matching, also supports manual locking of experts.
- Responsible for multi-step work: research first, then write documents, then create PPT or visual assets.
- Responsible for context continuation: uploaded files, historical assets, templates, and Workspace tasks can all be used as input for the next step.
- Responsible for risk control: when there is insufficient information, the task is out of bounds, confirmation is required, or the cost is high, explain it first before executing it.

## Entry and usage paths

The entrance to Wery comes from the homepage input box, expert lock, template, asset library and Workspace continued tasks. Don’t think of it as “choose tools first and ask questions later.” A better approach is to describe the results directly.

1. Write the final goal in the input box on the home page, such as "Make this competitive product information into a 10-page financing report."
2. When you need materials, click the attachment and choose to upload locally or select historical files from the asset library.
3. Keep smart intentions when you don't know the expert; you can lock the corresponding expert when you clearly want pictures, PPT, tables and other tasks.
4. If there is a ready-made template, open the template or set first, and then add your own content.
5. After generation, enter the Workspace to continue questioning, revising, opening files, previewing media or exporting.
6. When you want to reuse the results later, go to Assets to retrieve them by file type, source or search terms.

## How does Wery decide who to give it to?

Wery will look at the "result pattern" first and then "whether professional steps are needed." The same requirement may be split into multiple experts: Doi checks information, Xdoc writes reports, PPTea makes presentations, and Zeny makes covers.

- Images, posters, logos, UI visuals, photo editing: leave it to Zeny.
- PPT, reports, presentations, modification of existing PPT: leave it to PPTea.
- Markdown, Word, PDF, long documents, summarizing, rewriting: leave it to Xdoc.
- Excel, CSV, data cleaning, formulas, charts, table insights: leave it to Cella.
- Source discovery, competitive research, source verification, in-depth reporting: leave it to Doi.
- Short video generation of about 15 seconds: leave it to [Vlo](/en/experts/vlo); long video planning and storyboarding: leave it to [Nolan](/en/experts/nolan); existing video editing: leave it to [Komp](/en/experts/komp).
- Songs, BGM, pure music: leave it to [Lydi](/en/experts/lydi); podcast structure and hosting script: leave it to [Onir](/en/experts/onir).
- Personal reflections, memories, BTI/reading experiences: Leave it to [Sona](/en/experts/sona).

## Common multi-expert workflows

Don’t force complex tasks to one tool at a time. Wery's advantage is splitting the work to the right experts and then combining the results into the same project.

### Market research to PPT

First, research the Chinese AI video tool market, output a source list and core judgments, and then prepare a 12-page Chinese investor report.

### form to operating report

Analyze this sales sheet to identify growth, decline, and anomalies, and generate a management report complete with key charts.

### Brand activity materials

Develop a visual activity plan for new product launches, including the main visual, three social media images, a short video script for release, and a material list.

### Long video production

Plan a 60-second product story video, first create a script and storyboard, generate key clips after confirmation, and finally make subtitles and export the version.

## The role of Workspace and Assets

Workspace is the current task site, and Assets is the long-term file library. Wery will try to make the generated product continuable, reusable, and downloadable, rather than just a chat text.

- Workspace: View task progress, read responses, open the file panel on the right, and continue to modify the current project.
- Office panel: PPT, documents, and tables can be previewed or edited in WeryOffice.
- Media panel: Pictures, videos, music, and podcasts can be previewed, played, and continued processing.
- Assets files: Filter by image, video, audio, document, table, slideshow, design, etc.
- Assets memory and knowledge base: for personal context, long-term data, and reusable knowledge.

## How to change the results when they are wrong

Do not reopen a new task that is completely empty. Prioritize continuing changes in the current Workspace. Wery will continue routing with the existing file and context.

- Wrong expert selection: Say "This should go to PPTea/Zeny/Cella", or re-lock the expert.
- Content is too shallow: supplement audience, purpose, word count, page count, data sources, and output format.
- Bad visuals: Give reference images, brand colors, target style, proportions, and elements not to appear.
- The file cannot be opened: Go to Assets to find the original file, or ask Wery to re-export an editable version.
- Stuck task: Project ID, time, filename and screenshots are preserved, making it easier to locate when contacting support.

## Image and video bits

The Wery Manager page is suitable for product-level process screenshots rather than decorative pictures.

## FAQ

### Q: When to start with Wery instead of going straight to the experts?

When a task requires multiple steps, multiple output formats, or you're not sure which expert to call, start with Wery.

### Q: Can I force an expert to be appointed?

Yes. The home page supports locking experts; you can also continue to specify which expert you want to hand over to the Workspace.

### Q: Will Wery automatically use the files I upload?

The uploaded file will be used as context, but you should still state the purpose of the file, such as "use as data source" "reference style only" or "convert to PPT".

### Q: Where can I find the generated files?

Current tasks are in Workspace; long-term reuse in Assets, search by type, source and search terms.

### Q: Can multiple experts collaborate at one time?

Yes. It is more suitable to write down the goals clearly and let Wery plan the steps, rather than manually switching experts continuously.

### Question: If the result is not satisfactory, should I regenerate it or continue to make changes?

It is preferable to continue making changes in the current Workspace because the current task retains files, historical output and context.
