# Assets

> Assets is [Wery](/en/experts/wery)'s file asset library, used to find, reuse, download, rename, delete and manage uploaded and generated files.

## What are Assets?

Assets is Wery's library of creative files. Users need to know where files are, how they can be reused, whether they can be downloaded, how they can be made public or deleted, and how storage limits affect long-term use.

- Save user-uploaded and expert-generated reusable files.
- Supports images, videos, audios, documents, forms, PPT, design files and chat assets.
- Provides search, filtering, details, downloading, renaming, deletion and public status management.
- Can be re-referenced from the home page input box or Workspace.
- Relevant to the storage capacity, upload limits, and public sharing rules of the membership plan.

## Quick start

1. Open the Assets page.
2. Filter by type: pictures, videos, audios, documents, tables, slides, etc.
3. Search by name, task or keywords.
4. Open details to confirm the file contents, source and available actions.
5. Download, rename, delete, or use it as a reference for new tasks.
6. Involves checking privacy and copyright/authorization before sharing publicly.

## How to reuse assets

Assets are not just storage, the most important thing is reuse.

- Submit product images to [Zeny](/en/experts/zeny) to generate posters or make partial edits.
- Submit the [Doi](/en/experts/doi) research report to [PPTea](/en/experts/pptea) for reporting.
- Submit [Cella](/en/experts/cella) analysis results to [Xdoc](/en/experts/xdoc) to write a management report.
- Send the [Vlo](/en/experts/vlo)-generated short film to [Komp](/en/experts/komp) for subtitles and scaled versions.
- Give [Lydi](/en/experts/lydi) music to [Nolan](/en/experts/nolan)/Komp for use in video packaging.
- Select historical assets as attachments directly from the input box on the home page.

## Privacy, publicity and deletion

The help center should make it clear: assets are not equal to public content by default.

- Uploading and generating assets defaults to the user's own Workspace.
- Public sharing requires active user action, and the content should be checked to see if it contains private data.
- Before deleting, confirm whether it is still referenced by Workspace, Automator or subsequent tasks.
- Team/enterprise scenarios should distinguish between personal assets, team assets and shared project assets.
- Provide asset ID and screenshots to support when deletion, disclosure, or download failure.

## Storage and file limits

Assets are subject to plan capacity, file size, and upload quantity limits.

- Free/Plus/Pro/Max have different storage capacities.
- The single file size and the number of uploads per message will increase with the plan.
- Videos and high-resolution images take up capacity more easily.
- If the upload fails, compress the file first or upload it in splits.
- If capacity is insufficient, clean up unused assets or upgrade plans.

## FAQ

### Q: What files will appear in Assets?

Pictures, videos, audios, documents, tables, PPTs, designs, and some reusable chat/link results may all enter Assets.

### Q: Can I use an asset for a new task?

Yes. Select it as a reference or source file from the input box, Workspace, or asset details.

### Q: Are Assets public?

The default is not. Sharing or publishing publicly requires active action by the user.

### Q: Will deleting assets affect the historical Workspace?

It may affect subsequent reuse or preview. Check whether the file is still needed before deleting it.

### Q: What should I do if the uploaded file is too large?

Compress files, split uploads, or upgrade plans; videos and large PDFs especially need to pay attention to file size.
