PPTea - AI Slideshow

PPTea - AI Slideshow

Create structured, editable presentations from topics, documents, research and business plans.

What is PPTea?

PPTea is Wery's AI slideshow expert that creates, rewrites, reuses and edits presentations. Its goal is to generate PPT with a clear structure, visual unity, and editability, rather than just giving you an outline.

PPTea is suitable for business reports, financing decks, courseware, market analysis, project reviews, sales materials and converting research results into presentations.

Entrance and material preparation

PPT quality mainly depends on the input materials and target scenarios.

  1. Lock PPTea, or let Wery automatically route based on "PPT/Presentation/Presentation".
  2. Upload materials: docx, pdf, md, txt, tables, historical PPT or research results.
  3. Explain the scenario: financing, consulting, sales, courses, product launch, internal review or weekly report.
  4. Describe the number of pages, audience, language, level of formality, and whether images are needed.
  5. After generation, open the PPT panel in Workspace and use WeryOffice to preview or continue editing.

Several modes for creating PPT

Different inputs will enter different generation paths.

  • Generate from topic: Suitable for short requirements, but should explain the audience and usage scenarios.
  • Generate from documents: compress long articles, PDFs, Markdown or research results into decks.
  • Generate from template: Preserve the template’s layout, visual identity, and placeholder structure, then rewrite the content.
  • Continue from an existing PPT: add pages, delete pages, change text, change style or rearrange structure.
  • Generated from real data: Doi/Cella verifies data before entering PPT.

Modify existing PPT

Editors who already have PPT should clarify whether to change the content, structure or visuals. PPTea shouldn't reinvent the text when "just changing the style".

  • Only change the style: keep the number of pages, order, title, text and data, and only change the design language.
  • Content editing: Modify text, shorten paragraphs, translate, change tone, or add a page.
  • Structural editing: append, delete, rearrange or split pages.
  • Set of templates: Upload a PPTX template or select a template to let PPTea retain a visual identity.
  • Brand materials: Logo, color swatches, and reference images must be passed in as structured materials.

Pictures, charts and data pages

PPTea prioritizes editable shapes, text, and layouts by default. Illustrate only if a picture is clearly needed.

  • Images are suitable for covers, chapter pages, product pages, and a few key visual pages.
  • Charts should come from real tables or explicit data, don't let models make up numbers from memory.
  • Data-intensive pages should be given to the source or handed to Cella for processing first.
  • Brand images and logos must be uploaded as materials and cannot just be described in the prompt.
  • Important sources should retain URLs or source descriptions in the final presentation.

Review, continue editing, and export

After the PPT is generated, check the content, visuals and editability.

  • Check that the page number and order are as expected.
  • Check that the title alone tells the story.
  • Check that data, sources, company names, dates and people are accurate.
  • Modify text in WeryOffice, save version, or continue letting PPTea change.
  • If you need the Word/report version, leave it to Xdoc; if you need the original chart, leave it to Cella.

Image and video bits

The PPTea page should show the path from assets to editable PPT.

FAQ

Q: Can PPT be generated with only one topic?

Yes, but the quality will be more like a first draft. It’s a good idea to supplement the audience, purpose, page count, and sources.

Q: Will the layout be retained after uploading the PPT template?

Priority should be given to retaining the template's visual identity, master, layout, and placeholder structure before rewriting the content.

Question: If I just want to change the style, will the content change?

It shouldn't be. When only changing the style, the number of pages, order, title, text and data should be retained.

Question: Can real data be used in PPT?

Yes, but real company, market and financial data must come from a source first, usually handled by Doi or Cella.

Q: Can I continue editing after generation?

Yes, continue to modify in the PPT panel of Workspace or WeryOffice.

Q: What tasks are PPT not suitable for?

Use Xdoc for long documents, Cella for raw data cleaning, and Zeny for visual images.
