What is Workspace?
Workspace is Wery's main workspace after the task starts. It is not an ordinary chat record, but a complete scene of a work from input, execution, results, review to continued modification.
Workspace organizes content by task life cycle: from projects, files, generated results, and continued modifications to permissions and support information, helping users understand how a piece of work is saved, continued, and reused.
- Save conversation flows, execution plans, task status, and expert handover records.
- Host generated results: images, videos, audios, documents, tables, slides and links.
- Connect to the WeryOffice editing panel so that documents, tables, and PPTs can continue to be modified.
- Supports continuing to inquire, revise, export or reuse assets from historical tasks.
- Cooperate with Assets to deposit reusable files into the file library.
Quick start
Think of Workspace as the "project site" and don't treat every modification as a new task.
- Start a task from the home page, templates or experts page.
- View progress, expert responses, and build results as tasks execute.
- Open the right or results panel to inspect a file, image, video or document.
- Add modification requirements directly in the same Workspace, such as "Make page 3 more concise."
- Save stable results to Assets, or download/share externally.
- Archive projects when you're done, preserving history but reducing current list clutter.
Projects, files, and builds
Files in Workspace are divided into three categories: source files uploaded by users, intermediate products generated by experts, and final reusable assets. Only by understanding these three types of relationships can users know why subsequent modifications can refer to "the PPT just now" or "the previous video".
- Source files: PDF, Word, Excel, pictures, videos, audios, screenshots, web links, etc. uploaded by users.
- Intermediate products: research notes, execution plan, prompt draft, storyboard, data analysis payload, etc.
- End product: a file that can be opened, downloaded, continued editing, or saved to Assets.
- Task log: Shows whether the task is waiting for confirmation, being generated, failed, completed or requires user supplementation.
- Context Boundary: The content of the current Workspace is used by default, and cross-project asset retrieval is handled by the Wery Manager.
Continue to revise and hand over to experts
The key value of Workspace is “continue”. Users do not need to re-upload information or re-explain the background. As long as specific modifications are added in the same Workspace, Wery will try to bind the latest related products.
- The document continues to be rewritten, compressed, expanded or exported by Xdoc.
- PPT continues to be left to PPTea to adjust page order, style, charts or content.
- The image is then handed over to Zeny for partial editing, image enlargement, background removal or text correction.
- The form continues to Cella adding formulas, charts, analyzes and workbooks.
- After the video is generated, it is handed over to Komp for subtitles, scaling and distribution.
- When a modification spans multiple experts, Wery Manager takes over the orchestration again.
Privacy, sharing and permissions
Workspace defaults to the user's workspace. Public sharing, external linking, team collaboration, and deletion need to be explicitly triggered by the user. The help center should clearly explain the difference between "private workspace" and "public works".
- Don't confuse Workspace with public display page.
- Check whether the file contains personal information, customer information or internal data before sharing the link.
- In team scenarios, member permissions, project visibility, and asset ownership should be explained.
- Before deleting or archiving, confirm whether there is any subsequent work that depends on the task.
- For support questions, provide the Workspace URL, task time, screenshot, and file name.
Additional images and videos needed
This page should use actual product screenshots showing project objects, file panels, and task statuses rather than abstract illustrations.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between Workspace and Assets?
Workspace is the work site for a task; Assets is a reusable file library. Workspace is responsible for context and continued modification, and Assets is responsible for finding, reusing, and managing files.
Q: Can I continue to make changes in the same Workspace?
Yes. As long as the modification is related to the current task, it is recommended to continue directly in the same Workspace so that Wery can reference historical files and context.
Q: Why don't some results appear in Assets?
Not all intermediate results automatically go into Assets. Only images, videos, audios, documents, tables, PPT and other results suitable for file reuse are more suitable to enter Assets.
Q: Can Workspace find files across projects?
Normal experts default to the current project context. Cross-project lookups, references or imports should be left to the Wery Manager.
Q: What should I do when a task is stuck?
Refresh the page and check the status of the task; if you're still stuck, contact support with the Workspace link, task time, screenshot, and browser information.
