Non-Refundable Circumstances

1) Due to the technical nature of this service, once AI content generation is completed (including but not limited to text, images, music, video materials, etc.), refunds for any reason are not supported, including dissatisfaction with the generated content, operational mistakes, requirement changes, etc.

2) Credits granted through promotions, free trial credits, coupons, etc. are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
